Art Basel NEEDS

Art Basel is a week-long event in Miami for artists to come from all over the world and collaborate with local institutions or display their art. This year it will be December 6th-9th. Celebrities and locals come together to wear their best outfits, bring out their best to become their own versions of art. Art Basel is the chocolate factory and I am here as Willy Wonka to give you your golden ticket. Art Basel is the top thing for Miami Nightlife. I have been a frequent goer to the events since 2015, my freshman year of college. Most celebrities have already come down this week because of the forest fires happening in California. The forest fires has hit Calabasas, and Paradise the hardest which is a few of the place celebrities own homes in California and this is where most celebrities have a second home.

I have noticed that everyone always has this fashion statement pieces and even though graphics aren't in right now unless they're political, they always seem to come out for Art Basel. I will never wear a graphic no matter if it's in style or not because to me that just screams billboard lol. I like all my clothes plain the most I'll do is like a sports shirt but for sporting events, that's it! I typically wear neutrals; I am trying to branch out to different colors. The way I express myself is through my accessories. My phone is my life. I literally get PTSD to this day thinking about the times my mom would take away my phone as a form of punishments. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't think, I was in cold sweats. YES, it was that serious lol. I love finding the cutest cases and I like making sure my phone stands out even if my clothes don't because I am constantly wearing shades of green, beige and blue in my rotation of outfits. My phone is always my pop of color. People with black phone cases just need to go. People with black phone cases cannot be trusted.

But from glitter, lumee(light up cases), pop ups, graphic, neon, weird shaped, popcorn looking, scratch and sniff ( yes they exist) are so cute. You may thinking, "I am grown, I am not going to be walking around with no glittery phone case, " but hear me out. You get more people's attention with your phone because people are always looking at people's phone because we always have them out. Have you ever seen Keeping Up With The Kardashians? ( For all those Kardashian haters, BYE) They always show off Kim's Kimoji phone cases. Even though they're not usually on their phone they know people are always looking. People look at your screen to see if it's cracked, to see what you're watching , and people even look at your phone to try and start a convo to get connected with you, i.e. social media.

SO, your girl is finally a business woman. I am selling my own phone cases and travel bags to get all my readers right before Art Basel.
